Wrekin Shotokan Karate Club

Club Instructors

All instructors have all been CRB checked and are fully insured. They are all qualified first aiders together with several other club members.

Gradings take place up to four times per year for students ready and able enough. Opportunities to train and even grade with kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa himself and other senior Japanese instructors are available to club members once or twice per year. kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa also manages to instruct at our club occasionally. It is a fantastic opportunity and a great honour to be able to train with one of the most famous Karateka of all time; holding the grade of 10th Dan kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa is the highest graded living Shotokan practioner ever and will be visiting the club in May 2010.
